Kade Moros discovered Ossian’s talents in Year 79 when a series of murders threatened Night Market stability. The revelation defused the crisis, and Kade offered Ossian permanent employment as Nocturne’s forensic investigator.

For twenty-five years, Ossian has served as the Night Market’s unofficial coroner and truth-finder. He takes no sides, shows no favor, and fears no powerful enemy. The dead cannot be threatened, and neither can he.
