Elarion: Aetherfall

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or playing Elarion: Aetherfall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Elarion: Aetherfall. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the app and make any purchases.

Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You may not share your account or let others access it
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

Game Rules and Conduct

When using Elarion: Aetherfall, you agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or hacks
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames or content
• Attempt to manipulate matchmaking or rankings
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real money outside the app
• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Impersonate other players or staff

Virtual Items and Currency

• All virtual items, currency, and content are licensed, not sold
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• We may modify or remove virtual items for game balance
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms of service. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple.

Intellectual Property

All content in Elarion: Aetherfall, including but not limited to artwork, music, characters, and game mechanics, is owned by Aetherfall Games or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or fraudulent activity. Terminated accounts may lose access to all virtual items and progress.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Elarion: Aetherfall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetherfall Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aetherfall Games operates.
