Common Issues
Connection Problems
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Try switching between WiFi and cellular data
- Close and reopen the app
- Check if the game is under maintenance (announced in-app)
Purchase Issues
- Purchases may take a few minutes to process
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Ensure your Apple ID payment method is valid
- For refunds, contact Apple Support directly
Account Recovery
- If you signed in with Apple, use the same Apple ID to recover your account
- Guest accounts cannot be recovered if the app is deleted
- Contact us if you need help linking your account

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please email us with:

- Date and time of the incident
- Description of the behavior
