Common Issues

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Try switching between WiFi and cellular data
• Close and reopen the app
• Check if the game is under maintenance (announced in-app)

Purchase Issues

• Purchases may take a few minutes to process
• Try closing and reopening the app
• Ensure your Apple ID payment method is valid
• For refunds, contact Apple Support directly

Account Recovery

• If you signed in with Apple, use the same Apple ID to recover your account
• Guest accounts cannot be recovered if the app is deleted
• Contact us if you need help linking your account
